Godwin designs the systems a business runs on, then leads the engineers who build them, test them, take them to production and keep them secure as they grow. For more than twenty years he has done this for courts, railways, broadcasters, a US payments company, hospitals and churches, with clients in nine countries. At OVT he owns the technology side of every engagement, from the first discovery call to a running system.

One architect for the whole systemSoftware, servers, networks, devices, data and security. He has built each layer himself, so one person answers for how they fit. He designed a video platform, its hardware and the routers that kept it online, and all three sold.
Designs that hold up under real loadBuilt for live events, where failure happens in front of an audience. More than 1,500 servers set up, about 130 managed centrally at once.
A delivery team that staysHe hires graduates, trains them on client work and grows them into leads. Some have worked with him for over fifteen years. When a US payments company was acquired, the new owners hired his team directly.
Frameworks OVT can sell againHe turns a one off build into a product with editions, licensing and support. Livebox sold in four editions; one pipeline produced apps for about 40 TV channels.
AI that does real workAI that takes on whole roles and operates the software people already use, with people approving the key steps. Eight AI produced TV shows a day; insurance quotes from six carriers.

He builds teams, then leads them
Godwin designs and architects. Lead engineers he trained run each stream of work, and the team builds, tests and supports. His Spark program works with colleges including St. Joseph's, Sai University, Madras Christian College, Women's Christian College and SRM, so new engineers arrive ready for client work. Engineers have stayed with him for eleven to fifteen years and more. Engineering runs in Chennai and meetings run in US hours.
