One architect for the whole system
Software, servers, networks, devices, data and security rules. He has built every one of these layers himself, so a client gets a single person who can answer for how they fit together.
Godwin designs the systems a business runs on. Then he leads the engineers who build them, test them, take them to production and keep them secure as they grow. He has done this for more than twenty years, for courts, railways, broadcasters, a US payments company, hospitals and churches, with clients in nine countries.
OVT clients bring a business problem. Godwin turns it into a design the client can trust, a plan the PMO can track, and a team that delivers it. He stays accountable from the first workshop until the system is running in production.
Software, servers, networks, devices, data and security rules. He has built every one of these layers himself, so a client gets a single person who can answer for how they fit together.
His platforms were built for live events, where failure happens in front of an audience. Scaling, failover and monitoring are designed in from the first sketch.
He hires graduates, trains them on real client work and grows them into team leads. Some engineers have worked with him for more than fifteen years.
He turns a one off build into a repeatable package with editions, licensing and a support model, so the next client starts from a working product.
He builds AI that operates the software people already use, takes on repetitive roles and works with the company's own AI assistant, with people kept in charge of approvals.
Role based access, encrypted devices, private AI that keeps data on the client's own servers, and audit trails. He studied security at master's level and has run regulated work since.
Each line below is backed by a system that went live for paying customers.
AI that handles a full role inside a business: quoting, research, reporting, content production, support. Agents that operate desktops and browsers, with people approving the important steps.
AI that runs on the client's own hardware or inside their own cloud, so sensitive data never leaves. Voice assistants, document search and assistants grounded in the client's own records.
Payments analytics, KPI layers, alerting and executive dashboards. Data governance that shows which AI tools can see which records.
Broadcast grade live streaming, video conferencing, 24 hour TV channels, subscription TV apps on phones and TV boxes, and live production run by AI.
Bonded internet that combines several mobile and fibre links into one, for trains, ambulances and field teams. Community Wi-Fi, mesh networks and remote device management.
Web portals, mobile apps for iPhone and Android, TV apps and multi customer platforms with single sign on, roles, billing and licensing.
Architecture, estimates, delivery plans, hiring, training and mentoring. A university program that turns students into working engineers.
From a video studio in Chennai to enterprise AI for US clients. Every step built on the one before.
Uses animation software on early PCs to help with client projects at Stanley Video Studios, a video business running since 1974.
Hospital software for an oncologist, who came back for a second system. Starts his first software company in his third year of engineering.
Software running rooms of phones and modems, sending tens of millions of messages a day at its peak for businesses across India.
Networking, security and integration. Named Best Presenter by the Macquarie community. Becomes head of technology at CDTECH, his family's technology company.
A development company serving US, UK and Australian clients, and the engineering arm behind CDTECH's products. By 2014 it had its own layer of managers he had trained.
Live event broadcasting with its own encoders and player, sold to photographers, event companies and churches.
His GloriaTech team becomes the delivery team for US clients. Livebox becomes a full video platform, followed by 17 dated releases over seven years.
A load test of his own cloud design. Auto scaling built for a government live event. A Florida media group becomes a client and stays for eight years and counting.
556 new customer servers in a single year. Demonstrates the hardware at NAB Show in Las Vegas.
Bonded internet for places with weak signal, rebuilt during the lockdown. Later bought for Indian Railways zones and a paramilitary police force.
About 200 paying customers every month: news channels, broadcasters, churches and studios.
Daily delivery with the client's data leadership. Card network migrations, a new reporting layer, executive dashboards.
A book on artificial intelligence for business readers. Speaks at universities and AI conferences.
AI permission controls and discovery tools for an enterprise email archive, insurance quote automation, an AI sales avatar, and a talk series for IT leaders across Ohio, Florida and Georgia.
AI run TV production, a senior care app on phone, web and TV, and AI workspace software installed more than 160,000 times. Now leading technology for OVT's clients.
Six engagements, each designed by Godwin and delivered by teams he led.
A complete broadcast platform in a box or in the cloud: take in live feeds, convert them for every screen, record, schedule a 24 hour channel, push to YouTube and Facebook, run paid viewing and video meetings. Sold as hardware, as a hosted service and as on premises racks.
New customer servers set up each year, from the platform's own install log.
A router that combines several 4G, 5G, fibre and Wi-Fi links into one fast connection with a fixed address. When one line drops, nothing breaks, because no single line was ever carrying the traffic. Built for moving trains, ambulances, live broadcast vans and remote offices.
Hardware licences issued each year across receivers, bonding routers and encoders.
Analytics for merchants on card authorisations, chargebacks, fees and sales across card networks. Godwin was account lead. His team ran the platform, handled card network migrations, and built a second phase with a modern data warehouse, KPI tables, alerting and executive dashboards.
An eight year relationship that started with live streaming and grew into the whole technology estate: the company and church websites, a live TV platform, AI production and a care app for older people.
The client's archive product holds email for regulated firms that must keep it for seven years. Godwin's team built role based access, an AI layer so the company's assistant can search the archive for legal discovery, a move to Microsoft's current cloud services, and a monitor that maps every AI agent to the data it reads and flags risky sources.
An AI system inside Salesforce that collects quotes from six insurance carriers, using each carrier's connection where it has one and AI that operates the carrier's website where it does not. An AI avatar that acts as a first line sales agent. An AI travel planner that builds and sells premium itineraries.
A pipeline that turns a channel's name, logo and stream into a finished Android app, used for about 40 TV channels.
Video consultations for a healthcare platform during the pandemic, later extended to device management.
Program and pipeline dashboards for a mission organisation, plus advice on a CRM replacement worth more than $1.5 million.
Products for running AI agents and controlling remote desktops across a company's machines, installed more than 160,000 times, with engineers at Microsoft and Red Hat among the users.
Live video mixing software where AI switches cameras and runs the show, now running a 51 channel TV service.
Mastery based lessons, practice with hints and an AI tutor that runs in the browser, for a US school network.
Technology lead for OVT's enterprise clients and frameworks.
Built the R&D team and the products: Livebox, Internet Generator, Auto Streamer and the hardware line.
Built and led the delivery team for US clients in payments, insurance, data and AI.
Software development for US, UK and Australian clients. The team that later became Altrosyn's core.
Live event webcasting, then the hardware and R&D brand behind Livebox.
Training that turned fresh graduates into job ready engineers.
Directly or through the companies above.
Godwin designs and architects. Lead engineers he trained run each stream of work. The team builds, tests and supports. That split is what lets him stay on design for many clients at once.
His Spark program works with colleges in Chennai and beyond, including St. Joseph's, Sai University, Madras Christian College, Women's Christian College and SRM, so students arrive ready for client projects.
Engineers have stayed with him for eleven to fifteen years and more. Several grew from trainees into the leads who now run client accounts.
He writes the hardest parts himself when it matters, reviews every release, and runs his teams on a project system he built with AI inside it.
Engineering in Chennai, client meetings in US hours. He regularly joins US calls at night India time so the client never waits.
